Test with SocketAppender and SocketHubAppender

Hi,

I write a few classes to test SocketAppender and SocketHubApppender. 
Since before writing them, I search for sample code the would do the 
same and I didn't find any, I send you my code so you could consider 
making it available as example.

Also, I think the class SocketHubClient could be move in the package 
org.apache.log4j.net.  I would be usefull to have a small class to 
directly connect to a socket hub from the command line.

I expect the you find the code poorly documented for sample code.  If 
you are interested at using it as samples, please send me what 
improvement you would like to see on the documentation.

P.S.  I am not a member of the mailing list, I don't intent to be one 
since it's generate too much traffic for my little bandwith (and it's 
not pertinent since I am not a log4j develloper).
