Enum constructor validations

           Summary: Enum constructor validations
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Lang
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hlship@attbi.com

I'm in the process of porting my home-brew Enum to commons-lang's Enum.

My test suite pointed out two gaps in Enum:

1) It is possible to pass null as the name of an Enum.
2) It is possible to define two different Enums with the same name (and class).
