activemq not startiing

I've 2 environment. IN one environment activemq starting without issue and in
other it's throwing below error. I also took an image and spin up VM from
that image. SO file system exactly same in both environment and so are the
files. Still this throwing error. It's centos 6.4

This is top few lines of error message. Checked the lib , lib/optional
folder and all jars in both env are exactly same. SO is JAVA version and
home as it's an image.
