   This problem has been solved.
   The problem caused by network block.
   We need ensure that be can access fe 9030.
   
   some suggestion:
   1. check the firewall status, or reset the firewall with "sudo iptables -F"
   2. check the Listening port with "netstat -lnpt"
   3. if you are using cloud server, check the server secure setting.
