HBase REST gateway is normally started this way:

sudo su - -c \"/usr/lib/hbase/bin/hbase-daemon.sh start rest -p 17000\" hbase
{code}
17000 is the port number that REST gateway listens to.
We need to add an extra role for the gateway so that user can specify such gateway in his/her deployment.
