I remember seeing this behavior myself while testing out 0.7 in the months leading up to its release. I did a diff (attached) between 0.6 and 0.7 OPSUI and it looks like the only changes are related to license headers being put on the HTML files. I am not sure but I think these comments may get in the way of Wicket page constructions since the pages are snippets that are put together by wicket dynamically.
