transparent background instead of whiteboard

Hello folks,

Guys asked me what is the best way to have transparent background
instead of whiteboard.

First I suggested to keep  openmeetings window minimal to fit videos
and leave the rest of the screen for other application - that's not
very easy for users to keep window sizes and order.
