> Current migration tool will migrate segment data to the destination. However, in some cases, we only want to migrate cube schema without segment data. For example, when we do some compatibility testing for upgrade. This can also avoid two env refer the same htable, which may leading to some issue when dst env do some fresh to delete the htable which src env still refers.
