Hi LiuLei,

Hive 0.4 and 0.5 depend on a snapshot build of Thrift that predates Thrift
0.2.0. Hive 0.3 and earlier depend on an even older version of Thrift. Hive
trunk was updated to use Thrift 0.5.0 in HIVE-1526, and with some work it's
possible to backport that patch to Hive 0.6.0.

I don't believe that Hive 0.6 use Thrift 0.5.
In Hive 0.7(trunk) The Thrift is bumped up to release version (0.5). see
