update on Word images extraction

Hello, POI users

 

I've just submitted an update on pictures extraction functionality
developed by me earlier.

Added possibility get aspect ratio for a picture using:
Picture.getAspectRatioX(), Picture.getAspectRatioY()

Also code that tries to resolve picture width and height has been added:
use Picture.getWidth(),Picture.getHeight()

Additionally, some UML diagrams containing detail about new classes have
been added for convenience

And one question to POI developers:

Could someone of HWPF committers get a look at my contribution and if it
appears fine commit it to poi-3.0-scratchpad SVN repository?
