User list & download stats (was: Re: svn commit: r219365 - /struts/core/trunk/doc/volunteers.xml)

Oops, I forgot to mention changing the user list stats.  We are currently 
outnumbered by tomcat-user... but only by ~300 subscribers.  Not bad for a 
framework (or two) vs. an entire Servlet container.

The download stats, however, no longer average 15,000 a month:
   http://people.apache.org/~vgritsenko/stats/projects/struts#Downloads-N100DF
The downloads graph says it was generated on 6/15, so I thought I'd wait for 
a new (post JavaOne) version before trying to come up with a number.
