In non-RBAC mode, the following steps cause "Ooops" page:

 # start webserver and access the Web UI
 # click any of "edit" icons on the left side of the DAGs table
 # click "List" tab, "Save" button or "Cancel" button in the landing page

In RBAC mode, the landing page is read-only rather than editable. I think non-RBAC mode should be fixed as well.
