Why bugzilla id is lost here, and in many other issues? Is it Jira bug (or user 
problem)?

I guess it is due to another bug in it :) Since value was indeed reset as shown 
on page linked above:

   Field  	Original Value  	New Value
   Bugzilla Id 	35673 	

(closer to the bottom)

We have to thank them for producing bugs in pairs! ;-)

If you have a look at the Jira URL you will see that the Jira issue is 
still correctly linked to the Bugzilla issue.
