A user can choose through the privacy API if he want to browse anonymously or not. He also has the possibility to anonymize all his previous browsing data and detach it from his current profile. 
An "anonymous" profile should be used instead of the real user profile to store all these events/session. The anonymous profile should not store any property or segment. The anonymous profile should only keep browsing information.
There should be no link from an anonymous profile to the real profile.
