Portlet Selector Not working

I am working with JetSpeed 2.2.1 with Classic installation. As i go to
portal selector page, add a portlet and hit "Go Back" link it throws error
404 error and page referenced by URL
http://localhost:8080/jetspeed/portal$%7BprofiledPage%7D is not accessible.
