Possible bug in xsl:attribute

Hello,
	I have attached a DTD, XML and XSL files
that work with xalan just fine, but I don't think
they should. If you look at line 15 of project.xsl
notice that I am refering to the name attribute
by 'name' not '@name'. Am I misunderstanding how
this addressing should work, or is this a bug?
