Apache to IIS porting

Hi,

Can someone tell me what are the issues when porting from applications
on Apache-Tomcat to IIS-Tomcat. 
Its basically that we are porting all the intranet applications onto
one main server which runs IIS on port 80. But i hv my particular
application which also runs on port 80 (currently on a different physical
server) but on Apache-Tomcat. My question is can we have something like
both Apache and IIS running but on different ports? Or are there
any other issues/suggestions?? is there any performance degrade if
we run Apache on any other port.
