how to use/configure tesla-concurrent-localrepo

Hi,
does anybody have experiences with https://github.com/tesla/tesla-concurrent-localrepo?
Does it work well?

I want to use it in a 'normal' maven build.
Is there an example on how to use it / how to configure it?
