mehrdadh opened a new issue, #13996:

   The current test are not cleaning the build directory, therefore `test_static` fails if we run it from a clean build.

   We should change the test command to this and fix the erros:
   ```
   pushd apps/bundle_deploy
   rm -rf build
   make test_dynamic
   rm -rf build
   make test_static
   popd
   ```
