2.0 Windows Installer RC1

Hi everyone,

    https://atypical.net/mm/couchdb-2.0.0-rc1.msi

is an unofficial Windows 2.0.0 RC1 installer. Please note the 
following known issues:

  * Logs only to the console window for now.
  * No Windows Service is created, as logs would be unavailable.

Once the logging issue is worked out I'll try and release a 
new installer build with a Windows Service installation. My time
this week is extremely limited so this may not happen until
next week at the earliest.

This repository will be moved into ASF infrastructure shortly.
