Re: Hudi old doc version cleanup
Wrapping up this conversation: we have agreed on putting EOL to versions
before 0.14, as per this discussion
https://github.com/apache/hudi/discussions/13847
We will follow the proposed phases (active, bug fix , and EOL) as per that
discussion.
Docs will be cleaned up for EOL versions as well, along with artifacts
(once confirmed with ASF guidelines)

Regarding binary artifacts clean-up: deletion is up to the package manager.
Maven central does not allow deleting published artifacts:
https://central.sonatype.org/faq/can-i-change-a-component/ , while
Crates.io and pypi.org do allow yanking published artifacts to prevent
being used. For consistency, we can just leave binary artifacts in the
package managers as is.
