   - Move contents of packages ruta.action, ruta.block and ruta.type from ruta-core-ext to ruta-core along with related tests
   - Turn ruta-core-ext into an OSGI bundle
   - Update script that installs Eclipse formatting rules into the modules
   - Remove duplicate javadoc plugin delcaration
