@Erik, Thanks for your review.
Added MDC.clear() everywhere before starting out. Although, this might be a bit conservative, but seemed safer. In many places, only a collection name is stamped to MDC, but a stale shard name stamped to the MDC, remnants of some previous stamping in the same thread, should be cleared.

Also, added collection, shard stamping to the constructor of the ShardLeaderElectionContextBase.
