Support for fully managed environments (serverless)

Hello Fineract Community,

I have created 3 tickets in JIRA, related to the Fineract deployment on
fully managed environments (serverless), for now tested in GCP, but it is
welcome to receive feedback from others clouds like AWS or Azure.
