For simulator: the list of tests combined from splits is same as it was before splitting. JVM options used previously are preserved.
pre-commit profile run for jdk11 took less than 1h.
The split updates are applied:

> simulator-dtest and test-burn currently may run for quite a long time and frequently fail due to a timeout. If a CI task is timed out then a CI run is waste, there is no a result report. Increasing the number of splits should help with CI stability.
