Apache NetBeans dist incubator folder removed

Hi incubator folks,

 

Just for your information, it's almost 1 year since we are TLP.  We have LTS
release that must be kept for one year.

As Apache NetBeans 12 LTS is out I just removed Apache 11 LTS (incubating)
from dist svn folder from incubator.
