[Proposal] 'autoSubmit' support for basic input components on PDAs

Hello,

'autoSubmit' on the following basic trinidad components do not work when the device is a PDA. (grouped by browser):

IE Mobile/Pocket IE

inputText
inputListOfValues
selectBooleanCheckbox
selectBooleanRadio
selectManyCheckbox
selectManyListbox
slectOneChoice
selectOneListbox
selectOneRadio

BlackBerry 4.0+
------------------------
selectBooleanRadio


Thus, I would like to create a proposal for fixing "autoSubmit" functionality for the trinidad components mentioned above. 

Let me know what you think about this. I will go ahead and set a JIRA if none of you have objections.
