[configuration] Subsets and JNDIConfiguration

Hi all,

Just a heads up, but I finally tracked down an annoying problem with
JNDIConfiguration. It is dieing when used with the SubsetConfiguration
class.

I am currently prototyping using Spice JNDIKit instead of Simple JNDI..
I'll report back once I get all the various unit tests that reference JNDI
working properly!

Eric

"JNDI Kit is a toolkit designed to help with the construction
of JNDI providers. The toolkit also provides users with ready
made memory based and rmi based contexts."

See http://spice.codehaus.org/jndikit/

Is there are reason to move Simple-JNDI into Directory and merge it with our
org.apache.naming?

I'll happily stop developing Simple-JNDI if there's something out there I
can replace with it and let someone else develop it :) Let's me start
working on Simple-JMS.
