RC4 contains only documentation fixes reported on RC3 (thanks to Michael
Heuer). There is one minor formatting issue that causes extra spaces

some anchors, that appears to be a maven formatting issue.
Again, not sure if another vote is necessary, since plenty of +1s have

in for the previous RCs, but I don't want to presume anything:

Yeah, that is what happens when there are no warnings to report. Though I
don't think it has been reported yet, I'd say it could be considered a bug
in the Maven plug-in. And since I wrote the plug-in, I'll take full
responsibility :)
