[I] [Logical Table] Add support for offlineTableNameForConfig & realtimeTableNameForConfig [pinot]

Query planning uses the following table config fields:
* QueryConfig
* FieldConfig
* IndexingConfig
* TenantConfig
* RoutingConfig
Some of these configurations such as `FieldConfig` and `IndexingConfig` cannot be specified for logical tables as it does not host any segments. These two parameters specify which table config to use for such configurations. Note that the feature assumes that these configurations are valid for all physical tables listed in the logical table. If that is not true, then query execution will throw an error.
