Setting default prefetch limit

Hi

Is there a way to set the default prefetch Limit/Size for every non-durable
topic using the activemq.xml?

If instead of 32766, I would like to set lower value, is it possible?

Afraid you have to set that on the ConnectionFactory currently. Could  
you raise a jira so we could schedule an enhancement for a later  
release?
