samperson1997 opened a new pull request #219: Add documents in Chinese and fix links in English documents

   To support switching documents between Chinese and English in official website, 
   1. Chinese documents are added in folder docs/Documentation-CHN.
   2. Links in English documents are invalid, resulting in wrong jump of document pages.This PR also fixed links in documents.
   
   Other changes are made in [this PR](https://github.com/apache/incubator-iotdb-website/pull/22).
   
   Here are some documents which Chinese version is missing:
   1. IoTDB Examples
   2. Reference/Research Papers
   3. chap4/sec6
   4. Frequently Asked Questions
   5. v0.7.0 Release Notes
   6. Hadoop Connector
   
   Here are some documents which Chinese version has some problems:
   1. chap4/sec1 _Installation by Docker (Dockerfile)_ missing
   2. chap4/sec2 _Configuration_ part,   _rpc_address_ part missing
   3. chap4/sec3 _System Status Monitoring_ part, _File Size Monitor_ part missing
   4. Quick Start：Install part, Configuration part
   5. Grafana：_simple-json-datasource_ part
