I don't think the best place for this functionality is in the
MissingOptionException class.  The best way to handle this is to use the
HelpFormatter, it produces output that highlights what options are required
using an asterix.  I have marked the bug as invalid, if you disagree with this
please change the status of the bug and add additional comments (and if possible
attach a testcase).
