Documentation pages down

Hi there,

the manifoldcf documentation pages are down or the links are broken.
For example:
https://manifoldcf.apache.org/release/trunk/en_US/how-to-build-and-deploy.html
https://manifoldcf.apache.org/release/release-2.2/en_US/index.html
https://manifoldcf.apache.org/release/trunk/en_US/index.html

Could someone take a look at this issue or inform the webmaster?

Hi,

This is known.  It's due to the release issues around building
documentation.  Hopefully corrected later today.
