### What happened
[Bug] The jar package cannot be regenerated even after re-releasing the Finlk SQL task if the workspace directory has been cleaned up.
step1: Deploy the Strempark program through Docker, but the workspace directory was not mounted to the host machine.
step2: The Flink SQL Demo task was executed successfully.
step3: Delete the Strempark container and redeploy the Strempark program through Docker.
step4: The Flink SQL Demo task is still failing even after re-releasing the Finlk SQL task.
