   I only looked at the code, the changes look solid to me. I'm just wondering: Should we just switch to use `HttpUtils` in tests as well to work around needing another dependency here which we don't use in the production system anyway?
   
   My only anxious point is, that we might/should swap to use akka-http vs. Apache HTTP client at some point in the future, since we're bought into the akka ecosystem.
