the versions 1.4 and 1.5 confuse me. So i need help on this
So it is hard for me to decide i found this error in the latest build [https://github.com/apache/fineract] as you can see here an older error https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1054 Which was resolved and then a new issue assumed
