NT 4.0 sp6 Crashes, BSOD

Summary: NT 4.0 sp6 Crashes, BSOD
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.36
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ddyer@real-me.net

Since I installed Apache 2.0, I have had at least 3 hard crashes resulting
in the legendary "Blue Screen of Death". This is purely circumstantial, based
on Apache 2.0 being the only new software. I'm registering it here as
a nexus to collect other, similar, circumstantial evidence.
