May Board Report

Hi all,

The next board meeting is coming up on May 21st and we're due to report. 
We have a deadline to submit it by Wednesday, May 14th.

The Wiki page for the report is set up here: 
http://wiki.apache.org/xerces/May2014. As usual I'll cover Xerces-J and 
XML Commons. Could other committers please fill in the status for 
Xerces-C.
