   ### Description
   
   Some api description on Swagger UI page cannot be show.
   when reading dolphinscheduler 3.1.2 api documentation at http://{my-api-server-ip}:12345/dolphinscheduler/swagger-ui/index.html , I can not expand description of some api, such as batch-execute and batchStartProcessInstance in [流程相关操作],
   the Network tab in chrome development tool shows some requests names _"http://56.17.32.200:12345/dolphinscheduler/v3/Error-ModelName%7Bnamespace=%27org.apache.dolphinscheduler.api.enums%27,%20name=%27ExecuteType%27%7D"_ and return the main page source code( contains <app></app>)  of dolphischeduler-ui.
   At the same time , other requests description can be read , such as 'createEnvironment ', 'deleteEnvironmentByCode' and so on, they‘re working.
