The performance of Whimsy seems to be quite inconsistent these days, yesterday during the board meeting it was extremely slow at times, and quite fast at other times.

Right now I'm trying to load http://people.apache.org/phonebook.html which loads https://whimsy.apache.org/public/member-info.json - the latter doesn't respond, blocking the phone book.

This makes me long for the good old times when that info was available as a single static html page ;-)
