Patch to embed paper width and height for label definitions

Since size of label paper have specific paper size, it should be defined in
the paper definitions.
The attached patch allows to define paper width and height at the end of the
current
definition of the label papers.
Paper Width and Paper Height can be specified like:
'C' or 'S';Horizontal Distance;Vertical Distance;Width;Height;Left margin;Upper
margin;Columns;Rows;Paper Width;Paper Height

Changes for label definitions in the configuration is in the separated patch to
be attached.
