Test with Win7 x64 Pro and AOO 4.0.0 upgrade to 4.1.1

Quickstart shortcut nammed "OpenOffice 4.0.0" is present in %APPDATA%\...
Install AOO 4.1.1 with typical option
Previous shortcut is removed

So maybe a Windows rights issue.
You have forgot to install with administrator privilege one or both AOO
versions.
