[jira] [Created] (FLINK-19280) The option "sink.buffer-flush.max-rows" for JDBC can't be disabled by set to zero

Jark Wu created FLINK-19280:
-------------------------------

Summary: The option "sink.buffer-flush.max-rows" for JDBC can't be disabled by set to zero
                 Key: FLINK-19280
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-19280
             Project: Flink
          Issue Type: Bug
Components: Connectors / JDBC, Table SQL / Ecosystem
    Affects Versions: 1.11.2
            Reporter: Jark Wu
             Fix For: 1.12.0, 1.11.3

According to the documentation, when set "sink.buffer-flush.max-rows=0", it should be disabled to flush buffered data by number of rows, however, it still flushes when received each row.
