Re: Podling Nlpcraft Report Reminder - July 2020

Hi Justin,

I was going to remind the project re below reporting requirement.
I was just wondering whether a report is due this time. I thought the
normal procedure was:

> Currently, new Podlings report to the Incubator monthly for the first
> three months, then quarterly after that.

NLPCraft reported in April, May and June. Should they be going on the
quarterly cycle now? So not due until Sept? Or does the cycle start with
this one?

Cheers, Paul.

Hi,

Yes, the project should not report this month. It is in the quarterly cycle.

Kind Regards,

I think the preference would be to not report this month. [Others: please
speak up if you disagree]
The next big milestone for the project is to have complete releases with
fully compliant licensing. That is looking good for August/Sept. There
really isn't much to add I would think from last month's report otherwise.

Cheers, Paul.

Hi,

It possible something may have gone askew.

I don’t see any reports here [1] (not sure if that is an issue or not). Perhaps the podling was put into the wrong reporting cycle [2]? It seems its February, May, August, November which doesn’t seem correct, but the podlings.xml entry looks fine and I’m not sure why it was flagged to report this month.

There’s no issue with a project reporting out of schedule.

Thanks,
Justin

Paul,

I agree - we should switch to the normal quarterly cycle. I.e. next
would be in September, if I count it right.
