    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I also got the validation messages when I left out the password and confirm password fields blank during Create Admin user.
However, there were no validation for these fields when I left them blank in User Management --> Create New User page.

I'll close this issue and create a new one for the missing validations (since the password is a required field).
