   Fixes [MPLUGINTESTING-35](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MPLUGINTESTING-35) by reverting the dependency rescoping made years ago in 9a6269bc without explanation.
   
   As mentioned on the Jira bug report, the current `provided` dependency scope makes the plugin unnecessarily hard to use by forcing users to declare the dependencies themselves.
