problems with javadoc task

Hi list...

I've just started using ant to build some of our large java projects. It's
working great, with one exception: javadoc. When I build my javadoc task, I
see this on the console:

e:\jiffybus>build javadoc
Buildfile: build.xml
Detected Java Version: 1.2
Project base dir set to: E:\jiffybus
Executing Target: prepare
Executing Target: javadoc
Generating Javadoc
Javadoc execution
Completed in 1 seconds

but no javadoc is generated in the specified directory. Note that there are
no errors reported. tools.jar from the JDK dist is on the classpath when I
execute ant.

My build.xml is attached. Any ideas?

Thanks. And thanks to those of you who have worked on this tool so far.
Much better than the makefiles I've been using for years!
