Stock Details
Hi everyone,
I am looking for a SOAP service that would return the Stock details viz.
Current Price, Prev Day low, 52 week high, 52 week low, etc.
Note :
I have used the getQuote() method from xmethods.com (URL :
http://services.xmethods.net:80/soap ) but I think it return only the quote
price. I need more information.
Any help is appreciated !

I have seen that example, and have extracted additional info. But I
understand that it extracts data from a URL in XML, it does not seem to
invoke a SOAP call. Correct me if I am wrong ! I am trying to demostrate
SOAP calls to a client.
I am sure there are third party vendors that sell SOAP services. I am
wondering if these vendors provide these SOAP services for a membership. Are
you aware of anything like that ?
Any help would be appreciated !

The place that the Apache SOAP stockquote example gets its #s from
actually gives a full quote in XML .. I was lazy the day I did the
sample (and it may have been b4 we had structured type support) that
I put in a few lines DOM code to extract the value and ship it back.
Take a look at the src for the stock quote service class and u'll
see.
