> Key: GUACAMOLE-632
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-632
> Project: Guacamole
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: guacamole-server

> Priority: Minor
>
> The quality of updates encoded with JPEG/WebP is currently statically set at 90, which can be unnecessarily high. Dynamically adjusting the quality to suit the measured speed of the client, duration of each frame, etc. would save on CPU cycles spent encoding graphics on connections which cannot properly support a high level of quality, as well as reduce bandwidth consumption.
